Where We Ship We ship pan-India. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm delivery to your area. Dispatch Time Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed (excluding Sundays and public holidays), since everything is made fresh in small batches rather than pulled from a large pre-made inventory. Delivery Time Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 3–6 business days depending on your location. Metro cities are typically on the faster end of that range; remote areas may take a little longer. Shipping Charges Shipping charges depend on your delivery location and order value, and are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders above ₹499 qualify for free shipping (this threshold may be adjusted from time to time — the current threshold always shows in your cart). Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking details, and you can also check order status anytime under Account → Orders. Delays Occasionally deliveries are delayed due to weather, courier disruptions, or regional restrictions outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll look into it with the courier on your behalf. Damaged or Missing Items If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund — see our Refund Policy for details.
